ANDREAS LIGHTS
Andreas Lichter, born in Frankfurt in 1985, comes from a family that loves art. His heart was dedicated to art from an early age. Lichter's inspirations range from pop art icons such as Warhol, Lichtenstein, Haring and Indiana to comic artist Stan Lee and Volker Kühn, whose display case-like frames he integrated into his three-dimensional picture objects.
As an art traveler, Lichter visited international museums in The Hague, Madrid, Venice, Amsterdam and Barcelona. His pursuit even took him to the MoMA in New York, the colorful Wynwood Walls in Miami and the vibrant art metropolises of the Californian coast, where he found inspiration in numerous studios, galleries and museums.
